Ingredients

2 Tbsp salted butter

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp fine Kosher salt

2 Tbsp flour

2 cups ham juices from roasting pan

ΒΌ cup ham glaze from Smoked Glazed Ham recipe
Directions
Melt 2 Tbsp of butter in a large frying pan over medium heat.
Stir in flour until thoroughly mixed. Cook over medium heat until a golden brown roux is formed.
Add 2 cups of ham juices from Smoked Glazed Ham recipe, and stir in salt and pepper.
Add ham glaze and mix thoroughly. Simmer on low for 5 minutes or until consistency thickens.
Serve over slices of ham and enjoy!
