We’re farmers ourselves. Drager Family Farms raises crops and livestock in Southern Minnesota where agriculture defines everyday life. Alongside that farm work, our family has long crafted small-batch bacon. What really drives us is the cooking and tasting that comes with great meats: smash burgers that sizzle just right, a perfectly seared chop, the masterfully created meat stick.
