I ordered the small bacon sampler. It was delicious!! (Even the slightly burnt slices because I cook everything too hot.) We made the entire package and kept the extra cooked slices in the fridge. It was nice being able to grab it and go. It was delivered when they said it would be. Excellent company and excellent bacon. I will be orderiing from them again.

Just about the time you lose all faith in the idea of getting top notch quality coupled with superior customer service, something like this comes along. I won't go into specifics, but our order required special attention and whereas we were ready to throw up our hands and cancel the order, the Drager Team contacted me and basically bent over backwards to make sure we received exactly what we were looking for and that we were 100% satisfied with the way it was handled. I had never tried a Denver Steak before (New York Strips are my go-to), but after making one of these I think I have a new favorite. The flavor was amazing and the texture was fantastic - a perfect balance of tender, rich, and melt in your mouth. Cannot recommend this cut enough.
