Ingredients
- Steak (We used Ribeye)
- Irish Butter or Cooking Oil
- Eggs
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic Powder
Directions
- Heat up pan with Butter or Oil
- While pan is heating, thoroughly season your steak with salt, pepper, and garlic powder
- Once hot enough, add steak and cook until your desired level of cooked (we like med-rare or rare for this recipe!) If you used butter, baste your steak!
- Remove Steak from pan and let sit
- In the same pan using the leftover butter, fats, and steak juice, crack eggs. Prepare sunny side up or fried. We like to keep the yolks a little runny for this one
- Return to your steak and cut into thin strips
- Place eggs on top of steak and enjoy!
