Ingredients

  • Steak (We used Ribeye)
  • Irish Butter or Cooking Oil
  • Eggs
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic Powder

Directions

  1. Heat up pan with Butter or Oil
  2. While pan is heating, thoroughly season your steak with salt, pepper, and garlic powder
  3. Once hot enough, add steak and cook until your desired level of cooked (we like med-rare or rare for this recipe!) If you used butter, baste your steak!
  4. Remove Steak from pan and let sit
  5. In the same pan using the leftover butter, fats, and steak juice, crack eggs. Prepare sunny side up or fried. We like to keep the yolks a little runny for this one
  6. Return to your steak and cut into thin strips
  7. Place eggs on top of steak and enjoy!
