Pork Loin Sandwich

Directions

1. Turn oven to 300 F

2. Mix all pork rub ingredients in a bowl and stir together

3. Spread rub on each side of pork loin

4. Heat olive oil in a oven roasted crock

5. Sear each side of pork loin for 5 minutes

6. Remove pork loin and cook down onions

7. Set pork loin flat on top of onions in the roaster

8. Add Rosemary and Oregano on top of loin

9. Pour chicken broth on top

10. Cook Pork Loin for 3 hours

11. Remove Loin from oven and let cool

12. Cut open baguette and top with provolone or your favorite cheese

13. Roast baguette with cheese until melted in oven at 350 F

14. Remove baguette from oven and top with arugula, mayonnaise, salsa verde

15. Slice pork loin to desired thickness and dip in meat drippings

16. Place pork loin on sandwich and serve
