Whether you are new to cooking grass-fed beef or looking to refine your approach, this grass-fed burger recipe is a simple and satisfying way to bring a better beef burger to the table. For an easy way to change up the burgers at your next tailgate, barbecue, or weeknight meal, look no further. Try this quick and easy way to get delicious results with grass-fed beef every time.

Ingredients
1 lb grass-fed ground beef
- 1 egg
Preferred burger seasoning (such as salt, pepper, garlic powder)
1/4 cup finely diced onion (optional)
Directions
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients. Form into 3 or 4 equal-sized balls.
Flatten slightly. Don’t pound into a thin patty.
When grilling burgers, heat grill to 400°F, the ideal burger cooking temperature.
Flip burgers and cook for 1 min.
Using a spatula, flatten burgers to desired thickness, and cook 2-3 more minutes.
If adding cheese, turn off the grill, add the cheese, close the grill and cook for an additional 30-45 seconds.
Serve on a hamburger bun with your favorite toppings.
